Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. The Free plan is genuinely useful for monitoring one child on ChatGPT. Paid plans also include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required to start.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade when your family grows, downgrade if you need to. Changes take effect immediately and we'll prorate any difference.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data stays safe. On the Free plan, you'll see data for one child. Upgrade again anytime to access everything. We never delete your data just because you changed plans.
What counts as a message?
Each message your child sends to an AI chatbot counts as one message. Replies from the AI don't count toward your limit. Most kids use 20-50 messages per day.
Which AI platforms do you monitor?
Free covers ChatGPT. Paid plans include ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Character.AI, Copilot, Replika, and more. We add new platforms as they become popular with kids.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Coming soon. When we launch annual billing, you'll get 2 months free when you pay for the year upfront.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account settings. No hoops to jump through, no retention calls. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
